Talent Development

We provide a variety of progressive opportunities for children and young people who have shown a special talent and interest in dancing beyond a weekly access session.

These programmes offer opportunities for the individual to develop their technical, creative and expressive dance skills, providing them with their next steps in dance and a pathway to vocational training.

Primary Steps is a partnership programme led by The RoyalPrint Ballet School in partnership with Swindon Dance and Churchfields Academy providing key stage 2 children with a unique opportunity to experience ballet from one of the country’s leading vocational dance schools.

Centre for Advanced Training is supported by the Department of Education (DfE) which provides specialist training to exceptionally talented young people aged 11 – 17 years.
