Classes: Monday 15th January – 8th April 2017. At Swindon Dance we believe that everyone can take part in dance our class programme offers an inspiration experience of quality dance to all comers regardless of age, gender or current ability. All our classes are taught by qualified and experienced dance professionals, with the emphasis on the enjoyment of learning about dance in a welcoming environment.

Dance can contribute to our overall well being – it can keep us fit on the inside as well as the outside, since it exercises the body, mind and spirit. Dance is increasingly recognised as a positive route to overall healthy living and a great way to get those endorphins flowing.
