Extra funding for YDA — YDAplus to benefit
YDAplus Roadshow in schools from April 2012
The Swindon Dance Youth Dance Academy — a Centre for Advanced Training — has been awarded an extra £32,000 of funding. It will be used to develop YDAplus, the pre-vocational training programme for YDA students aged 16 years and above. Watch out for the YDAplus Roadshow in April/June 2012.
The YDAplus Roadshow will be out and about in schools across the region from April 2012, showcasing the work of the Academy and providing information about YDA courses and the auditioning process. The next auditions are scheduled for June 2012.
Now in its sixth successful year, our Youth Dance Academy has 115 students enrolled, aged between 11 and 18 years. They come from across the southwest region ....
